My name is Katya Bazhlekova and I am an artist from Bulgaria. I had graduated the Veliko Turnovo’s University of Fine Arts. I have solo exhibitions in the county and have participated in collective exhibitions abroad. I have realized projects in the making of churches and chapels. I have awards for fine arts and overall creativity. In the last 15 years I am representing my art in the internet space. I have collectors of my art in the whole world.

I would like to share something about myself also ...
My zodiacal sign is Virgin. I adore the sea, the Sun and the light. But my soul is unfolding during the night – the time that is destined for my thoughts, ideas and emotions. Ages ago I have read in a horoscope about me that in my previous life I was an architect of Alexandria, Egypt. Back then I didn’t put much attention to this because I had mixed feelings about rebirths. But strangely enough as the time passed Egyptian motives, symbols and colors began to appear in my paintings. I have fought long years to escape from this influence but without success. It came a moment in which I decided that there is no reason to resist this passion and I had let those internal impulses to help me realize these visions.
I hope that my art will bring you pleasure and enjoyment from viewing and feeling them and wonderful emotions while finding my little hidden secret messages.
